Blackeyed Thing, sculpted 8/4/09, polymer clay over wire and foil
This one is a first draft at a creature I drew early last month. I'm not happy with it yet but I'm glad to get a chance to work something along these lines up in 3d. I'll be touting the benefits of quick draft clay all month as I slop out examples. :)
This looks much like a creature described in the chapter I sent you, something called a guinea. Neat little creature.
